I’m so sorry for not updating any sooner, but no worries as I come with goodies.

Our favourite boy, Tanspard, was in ‘Le Grand Journal’ TV programme in Cannes last Friday (yes, I’m updating it about it only now). You can see the video HERE .

Our lovely boy, Gaspard, has signed up to be in Lauren Tuel’s new thriller “Le Premier Cercle“, to be released on 11th of March 2009. Still no information on what role he is playing. I will let you know whenever more information is available.

Long time no see, but don’t worry! Here I am with some updates which hopefully will make up for the lack of news lately.

First off, the filming for the ‘The Vintner’s Luck’ has finished as reported by 4rfv.co.uk :

Filming has resumed in Burgundy, France on The Vintner’s Luck’, the hotly-anticipated new feature from writer and director Niki Caro.

Now let’s get onto the pictures! These are not very recent pictures but still definitely worth posting.

As we all know, Gaspard did not attend this year’s Cesar Film Awards Ceremony, which took place in February. However, he did attend the after party.

According to this article, the filming for “The Vintner’s luck” has begun today at an Auckland vineyard. The cast is to be relocated in March to the Burgundy region of France, and then Belgium.

Belgian actor Jeremie Renier was cast to play the lead role of wine-maker Sobran Jodeau, with Castle-Hughes playing his wife Celeste. French actor Gaspard Ulliel will play the role of angel Xas.

What Gaspard has said about his role in this movie:

“My next project is very different. It’s a very small art house film and the role is kind of the opposite of this one. I’m playing a guardian angel and it’s a director from New Zealand, Niki Caro, who did North Country and Whale Rider. It’s a nice small story about a vintner, a winemaker who is going to meet his guardian angel. It’s going to be shot in France and New Zealand and it’s with another French actor, Jérémie Renier, and the actress that was in the last Scorsese [film], The Departed, Vera Farmiga.”
